TECHNOENG Intellectual Property: TECHNOENG retains exclusive ownership of its work methodologies, pre-existing tools, base code, and technical know-how used to create said deliverables.

2. Intellectual Property & The 10-Year Rule All content is protected by copyright and digital watermarking.

Personal Use: Material is for individual use only. Copying, distributing, selling, or renting any part of the content is strictly prohibited.

Non-Compete: Students and users are prohibited from teaching or creating courses (online or offline, free or paid) with a syllabus or visual/textual content similar to TECHNOENG's for a period of 10 years following the purchase.

Penalty Clause: Any breach of intellectual property rights grants TECHNOENG the right to claim a penalty fee of $10,000.00 USD, payable within 30 days of the notification of the breach.

3. Payments and Refunds

No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the products (immediate access, non-material support), all sales are final. By purchasing, the student waives the right to any refund or withdrawal.

Installments: Failure to pay any installment will result in immediate suspension of access to the platform. Previous partial payments will not be refunded.

4. System Requirements Proper access requires:

Ability to view .pdf files and streaming video (YouTube/Vimeo compatible).

TECHNOENG will provide guidance regarding platform access but does not provide technical support for the student's personal equipment.
