  • Project Delivery (Notion & Slack): We process user data to grant access to collaborative workspaces. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their specific access links.

To provide high-tier technical services, TECHNOENG uses specialized third-party processors:

  • Notion: Our primary project management and delivery hub. Client data hosted on Notion is subject to their security protocols.

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): TECHNOENG utilizes AI tools (e.g., OpenAI Enterprise, Claude, or specialized coding assistants) to optimize technical analysis. We guarantee that sensitive client data is never used to train public AI models. All AI-assisted deliverables are strictly reviewed by our human engineering team.

  • Hosting & Security: We use WP Engine / AWS / Cloudflare to ensure website stability and data protection.

  • Payments: All financial data is handled by Stripe / PayPal. TECHNOENG does not store credit card numbers on its servers.

5. Your Rights:

Regardless of your location, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and portability by writing to info@technoeng.pro.

  • California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to request disclosure of the personal information collected over the past 12 months.

  • EU Residents (GDPR): While we are a US-based company, we apply GDPR standards for our European users regarding data minimization and consent.

6. Data Retention

  • Billing Data: Retained for the legally required period by US tax authorities.

  • Project Data (Notion): Collaborative workspaces will remain active for 90 days after project completion. It is the Client's responsibility to download and backup their deliverables within this timeframe.

  • Subscription Data: Retained until the user requests to be unsubscribed.

When launching new technical products or special promotions, TECHNOENG may process names and emails based on its legitimate interest to grow the business and provide value to its community. We offer an easy "one-click" opt-out in every communication.
